What are the processing fees? Are there any hidden fees?
To process payments, we use Stripe. Stripe takes a 2.9% + 30¢ fee per transaction. For our basic plan, we take a 4% transaction fee and offer paid subscriptions with lower fees. For recurring payments through our Memberships feature, Stripe takes a 0.4% extra fee. That's it - there are no other associated costs or fees.
Does this work with QuickBooks Online?
Yes, we sync all transactions to QuickBooks Online in real time through our partner Acodei.
Will this work on my Squarespace, Wordpress, Wix, or Shopify website?
Yes, we work on all major website builders, like Squarespace, Wordpress, Wix, and Shopify, as well as custom websites. Additionally, we integrate Classly into your website for you completely for free.
My classes sell out instantly. With Classly, will they overbook?
We regularly handle hundreds of students attempting to book a 12-spot class at the exact same time without issue. Rest assured that your classes will not overbook.
Im having trouble managing my memberships. Can Classly help?
Spending too much time chasing after late payments? With studio memberships through Classly, you'll have a system to easily manage recurring invoices and recurring charges, keep track of payment statuses in real-time, with the flexibility to pause and cancel memberships as needed.
If I need help, can I talk to a real person?
Yes, when you hear from us you'll always be talking to a real person. We have an average response time of 1 hour over email, and are here to help with technical support or to answer questions over phone call and Zoom as well.
Is Classly right for my studio?
We understand the unique challenges you face in managing class schedules, studio resources, and student registrations, and our happy customers are a testament to the value we provide in the work we do. And to make this no risk to you, if at any point within 3 months you decide this isn't for you, let us know and we'll refund all subscription costs and help you migrate back to your previous booking platform.
